Education Sector:
In the education setting, Jay's experience has developed through 15 years of senior leadership including 2 successful headships and strategic educational development roles in Multi Academy Trusts. In addition, Jay has 6 years of cross-phase governance experience.
This breadth of experience across wide-ranging aspects of education ensure he is well placed to support any aspect of organisational improvement.
