For new or aspiring executive and system leaders, the Mastering Your Craft course explores both the micro and macro elements that are required for success. We know that vision and strategy are important but also meaningless if they cannot be articulated and  communicated with clarity and coherence. We also know that there is a need to build supporting systems and processes to enable all members of our communities to feel empowered and invested alongside been enabled to work productively and effectively.
